Manages front-desk reception, visitor access, calls, mail, documents, office supplies, facilities coordination, employee onboarding logistics, shipments, team lunches, executive meeting support, and monthly expense reconciliation. The role works closely with building management, IT, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and executives while maintaining an organized, well-stocked office in Campbell, California.

Leads and builds a sales engineering and solutions architecture team supporting complex AI/GPU cloud deals. Owns technical discovery, solution architecture, sizing, capacity planning, TCO modeling, POCs, benchmarks, and technical closes for enterprise and strategic customers. Partners with account executives, NVIDIA, product, platform, and capacity teams while developing pre-sales processes, enablement, reference architectures, and win strategies for long-cycle, high-value infrastructure contracts.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput AI lab, datacenter, colocation, corporate, campus, and cloud networks. Responsibilities include switching and routing, network segmentation and security, hardware and cabling support, hybrid connectivity, monitoring, capacity planning, automation, documentation, incident response, and on-call participation. The role requires regular hands-on work at Silicon Valley datacenter facilities and coordination with remote-hands providers elsewhere.
