Leads and builds a sales engineering and solutions architecture team for AI/GPU cloud infrastructure. Owns technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, including solution architecture, sizing, capacity planning, TCO modeling, qualification, POCs, benchmarks, and technical close. Partners with account executives, NVIDIA, product, platform, and capacity teams while influencing roadmap and packaging. Requires hands-on distributed training and inference experience, deep NVIDIA platform expertise, and a track record supporting long-cycle, high-value B2B infrastructure sales.

Provide on-site IT support at Mirantis HQ in Campbell, CA: troubleshoot hardware/software, provision devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, support conference room AV, track assets, assist executives, act as local remote-hands, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a distributed IT team.

Design and implement hardened Kubernetes integrations and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud AI workloads. Provide operational support, troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with customers and engineering teams, and contribute to open-source projects to scale AI infrastructure.
