Serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand while managing the company office. Responsibilities include calendar, travel, expenses, inbox triage, meeting logistics, facilities, vendors, purchasing, bill payment, catering, supplies, events, team logistics, visitor experience, and ad hoc operational support. The role requires strong judgment, exceptional follow-through, independence, vendor accountability, and willingness to work in person six days per week.
