Teams at Miro

Lead go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for Miro's Fashion vertical. Build specialized workflows and product-sales narratives, identify target accounts, close early deals, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, represent Miro at industry events, and hire and scale a cross-functional team to grow the vertical.

Lead and grow global Customer Success teams across Americas and Japan/APAC, partner with Sales and Services to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and KPIs; manage enterprise accounts and executive relationships; forecast revenue/health and shape CS strategy and culture.

Serve as a technical lead advising strategic customers on AI use cases, designing and implementing LLM-based solutions and agents in Miro, guiding technical onboarding, integrations, and change management, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale AI adoption and best practices.
