Lead go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for Miro's Fashion vertical. Build specialized workflows and product-sales narratives, identify target accounts, close early deals, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, represent Miro at industry events, and hire and scale a cross-functional team to grow the vertical.

Lead and grow global Customer Success teams across Americas and Japan/APAC, partner with Sales and Services to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and KPIs; manage enterprise accounts and executive relationships; forecast revenue/health and shape CS strategy and culture.

Own and expand relationships with largest customers and prospects, drive new-logo and expansion revenue, outbound prospecting, executive engagement, qualify deals with MEDDPICC/Command of the Message, build tailored value hypotheses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close high-value enterprise SaaS deals.
