Manages donor cultivation, stewardship, fundraising campaigns, special events, sponsorships, gift reconciliation, and development operations. Oversees Salesforce data integrity, donor reports, online fundraising platforms, acknowledgments, prospect research, mailing campaigns, and database training. Collaborates with development, finance, marketing, leadership, board members, and community partners to grow donor engagement and ensure accurate, timely fundraising processes.

Manages a high school internship and work-based learning program for grades 9–12. Responsibilities include delivering career-readiness programming, developing and maintaining employer partnerships, placing and coaching students, overseeing stipends and records, coordinating referrals and barrier-removal support, collecting outcome data, and collaborating with school staff, families, community organizations, and hiring agencies. The role also conducts outreach, presents program opportunities, and supports student selection and summer programming.

Volunteer math tutors mentor San Francisco Mission District high school students one hour weekly (Jan–May), supporting statistics, algebra, Algebra II, pre-calculus and AP calculus skills; attend orientation and provide TB test proof.
