Owns payroll, benefits, and demographic data migrations for multiple customer implementations. The role transforms and validates data from spreadsheets, PDFs, cloud platforms, and on-premises systems; coordinates with Launch Managers and clients to resolve issues; and supports timely, accurate go-lives. It also develops scalable processes, automations, tooling, and AI-powered workflows while managing concurrent deadlines and maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.

Lead and scale Miter's partnerships function, including program design, partner acquisition, and relationship management while tracking KPIs and promoting collaboration with sales, product, and marketing.

The Staff Product Manager, App Founder at Miter is responsible for launching new apps for contractors, conducting customer discovery, building prototypes, and managing the product lifecycle to grow them into significant revenue-generating businesses.
