Teams at Mixpanel

As a Software Engineer on Proactive Insights, you will build AI-powered features across the full stack, collaborating with Product and Design to innovate analytics tools for users.

Own and build Mixpanel's lifecycle marketing from lead capture to demo-booked conversion. Design and manage always-on HubSpot email programs, segmentation, workflows, and suppression logic. Partner with Marketing Ops, Performance Marketing, regional campaign managers, and sales to align paid and lifecycle motions, instrument performance in Mixpanel, and enforce email best practices to protect deliverability and drive high-quality pipeline.

Build Mixpanel's in-house PR function and own media relations, product launch PR, agency management across US/EMEA/APAC, internal and executive communications, crisis response, and thought leadership. Serve as primary media/contact lead, craft messaging and press materials, track coverage, and partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing and People. Hybrid role requiring two days per week in San Francisco or New York.
