Build full-stack AI-powered analytics features across React frontend experiences, Python backend services, query orchestration, dashboards, notifications, and interactive workflows. Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams; integrate agent infrastructure; measure feature adoption and insight quality; and participate in on-call rotation. The role requires strong frontend, backend, data, debugging, communication, and ownership skills in a greenfield environment.

Own end-to-end technical design and delivery for experimentation, feature flagging, session replay, and heatmap products. Build and operate React frontends, Python backend services, high-throughput systems, and shared SDK infrastructure. Drive reliability, observability, architecture, technical decisions, customer escalations, and on-call response while partnering with Product, Design, AI Engine, and Platform teams. Mentor engineers and shape future product direction.

Owns Mixpanel’s digital customer lifecycle communications across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Builds behavior-triggered programs, segments audiences, writes email and in-product copy, configures campaigns, measures outcomes, and runs experiments. Partners with Marketing, Product, and customer-facing teams to coordinate messaging and improve adoption. The role also pilots AI-agent approaches to scaled customer success and helps establish the company’s lifecycle infrastructure and operating processes.
