Copyedit and proofread healthcare marketing, live event, agency, digital, and print materials. Apply AMA and AP style, brand, legal, medical, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements. Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for consistency checks, draft refinement, and markup workflows while validating all output. Review PDFs and final artwork in Adobe Acrobat Pro, provide constructive editorial feedback, and manage multiple deadline-driven assignments.

Manage corporate member and exhibitor accounts, supporting renewals, grant requests, deliverable tracking, contracts, sponsorship logistics, and client events. Serve as a primary client contact, coordinate applications and correspondence, maintain account materials, and identify engagement opportunities. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, AI tool proficiency, and up to 25% travel for meetings and events.
