Lead Mochi's programmatic B2C growth by planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting multi-channel digital ad campaigns (CTV, OLV, DOOH, Linear TV and digital). Collaborate with design and analytics on creative, attribution, and testing to meet conversion and customer acquisition cost targets while iterating rapidly in a startup environment.

Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through onboarding and early treatment. Design and execute multi-channel email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; build segmented automated workflows and behavioral triggers; run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze funnel and cohort data; partner with Analytics, Design, and Product; and manage lifecycle platforms to increase signups and reduce drop-off.

Lead the visual direction and identity of Mochi Health across packaging, advertising, and product touchpoints. Define brand strategy and systems, translate strategy into cohesive visual guidelines and assets, and partner with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure consistent, high‑craft brand execution.
