Own Modal’s go-to-market data platform, including organization and people graphs, identity resolution, CRM schemas, Snowflake and dbt models, reverse ETL pipelines, revenue operations metrics, forecasting, attribution, and data quality systems. Partner with Data, RevOps, and Marketing to support customer context, routing, territory management, campaigns, reporting, and reliable GTM workflows.

As a Founding GTM Talent Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, collaborating with leadership to shape hiring strategies and improve candidate experiences.

Build modern analytics infrastructure, self-service AI analytics tools, foundational datasets, and business data pipelines. Partner with teams to track product metrics, support financial and marketing reporting, identify cost savings, and improve business decisions through strategic analysis and consulting.
