Manage and maintain relationships with transportation providers across assigned regions, drive provider performance and safety metrics, conduct training, identify and implement process improvements, use data to resolve network issues, manage related projects, and travel frequently to meet providers and visit markets.

Coordinate and manage IT support requests, optimize support workflows, generate reports, maintain standardized procedures, collaborate with IT teams, ensure timely communication to stakeholders, comply with industry regulations, and participate in assigned projects to improve IT service delivery.

Manage end-to-end client marketing programs: plan, implement, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage asset inventory, ensure timely launch and reporting, analyze performance, conduct post-implementation reviews, and escalate/resolve risks.
