Lead product commercialization in AMER for Moloco Ads, drive revenue growth, develop and mentor the AMER PSO team, and ensure product strategies align regionally and globally.

Support and operate the Enterprise Compliance Office by translating regulatory and policy requirements into audit-ready documentation, trackers, and workflows. Produce and quality-check evidence, analyze compliance data to identify gaps, manage remediation through closure, prepare governance materials and metrics, support third-party risk processes, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize scalable compliance programs.

Develop an ML-based online advertising platform, design data infrastructures, mentor team members, and enhance data pipelines for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
