Maintains and matures the enterprise third-party risk management program. The role evaluates vendor cybersecurity, privacy, resiliency, and regulatory controls; maps findings to frameworks; manages remediation and documentation; supports SOC 2 and PCI DSS audits; and oversees vendor dependencies, exceptions, and notifications. It partners with cybersecurity, legal, procurement, product, auditors, and clients to communicate risk, support compliance, improve resiliency, and strengthen governance processes.

Performs revenue accounting, financial close, account analysis, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, revenue recognition, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Supports audits, develops accounting policies and procedures, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Requires strong knowledge of ASC 605/606, GAAP, IFRS, advanced Excel, and revenue accounting processes.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis for the go-to-market organization. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders on revenue growth, headcount, capacity, investments, productivity, and profitability. Provides executive reporting, develops SaaS and commercial KPIs, evaluates business cases, improves planning processes, and influences strategic decisions through actionable financial insights.
