Lead enterprise data architecture, migrations, and data services; define standards and roadmaps; oversee complex ETL and third-party integrations; deliver analytics, BI dashboards, and commercialization of AI analytics offerings; build the Data Strategy & Services organization and ensure continuity for legacy clients while partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Provide application support for MIP Accounting to clerks, accountants, CFOs and HR/payroll staff via ticketing, phone, web and chat. Troubleshoot errors, replicate issues, provide how-to guidance, create knowledge base content, and escalate or collaborate on resolutions.

Respond to inbound leads, qualify and enrich CRM records, route opportunities to sales/support, perform outbound follow-ups, maintain Salesforce data, and provide insights to improve marketing and sales processes.
