Own customer solutions from discovery through go-live by mapping finance workflows, designing AI-agent integrations, defining permissions and approval rules, building proof-of-concepts, and translating requirements into implementation plans. Lead technical customer conversations, support strategic deals, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience, resolve delivery blockers, and create reusable integration guides and playbooks. Connect solution outcomes to measurable business value.

Embed with complex customers to map financial workflows, build production integrations and AI agentic systems, and lead technical discovery through launch. Develop reliable workflows across ERP, payment, CRM, and accounts receivable systems, improving agent observability and human-in-the-loop controls. Partner with finance, operations, IT, and engineering leaders while turning customer-specific learnings into reusable product capabilities and deployment tooling.

Serve as Monk’s first Sales Engineer, partnering with enterprise finance customers to assess technical fit, design AR workflow solutions, build tailored proofs of concept, and implement integrations. Prototype and ship agentic AI and financial products while translating customer pain points into scalable technical solutions. The role requires deep full-stack TypeScript development, modern web infrastructure expertise, strong product judgment, customer empathy, and autonomous ownership in an in-person NYC environment.
