The Applications Engineer will lead product definition, support customer applications, and create marketing materials for high reliability power management solutions.

Lead product marketing for power module solutions: drive roadmap, launches, pricing strategy, competitive analysis, NPI supply chain coordination, customer engagement and support, create collateral (data sheets, brochures), troubleshoot field issues, and promote products to target customers in the data center interconnect market.

The Sr. System Applications Engineer defines and debugs analog IC products, provides technical support, develops reference circuits, and produces technical documentation.

Perform circuit synthesis, simulation, and layout supervision; support ATE development with DFT methods; assist applications/evaluation and customer support. Ensure ESD, latch-up, reliability, and IC qualification requirements are met.

This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products, circuit synthesis, and supporting design and testing efforts.

Develop and maintain MPS power IC devices and processes, interfacing with various groups for design, qualification, and testing of semiconductor technologies.

Serve as primary HR administrative point of contact for new hires and employee lifecycle tasks. Manage onboarding/offboarding, coordinate interview scheduling and recruiting events, maintain HR data and documentation, partner with payroll, and communicate with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant people operations.

Develop and maintain power IC devices and processes (DMOS, Bipolar, CMOS, high-voltage). Define design rules, run process/device simulations, perform SPICE model extraction, layout test structures with CAD, collaborate with foundries, design, mask, and product engineering teams, and conduct wafer-level electrical measurements and process experiments.

Responsible for driving design-in activity, exceeding revenue targets, managing channel partners, and collaborating with product teams on customer needs in the Western US region.

Drive business and marketing for SSD/storage products, closely collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to influence product strategy and development.

As an Applications Engineer, you will support customers in designing and applying company products, troubleshoot engineering issues, and represent MPS in seminars and meetings.

The Staff Applications Engineer will define, debug, and support analog and digital IC products, driving product development and providing technical support to customers.

Drive design-in activity and revenue within assigned accounts/territories; manage manufacturer reps and channel partners; collaborate with product marketing and engineering to win strategic design-ins; develop executive and design-engineering relationships; present to stakeholders and work as a self-motivated field/home-office sales contributor.

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products, lead design efforts, ensure product performance, and mentor junior engineers.

The Applications Engineer will support the customer with technical expertise in battery management systems, assist with evaluations and prototypes, and generate documentation.

Lead the global TME/AE team for product development, engage with customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams for technical support and strategic business execution.

Lead the development of high power/high voltage products, manage engineering teams, and collaborate on product strategies focusing on Solar, PSU, and Automotive markets.

Drive all design-in activities and sales within assigned accounts, exceed revenue targets, and manage relationships with channel partners. Requires technical understanding and strong customer engagement skills.
