The role develops standardized processes and documentation, supports continuous improvement, supervises operators as needed, and coordinates with R&D, production, supply chain, and quality teams while managing multiple projects.

Leads global product portfolio strategy, profitability, capacity planning, innovation roadmaps, product development, technology transfers, competitive intelligence, and new product launches. The role manages supply and asset optimization, develops business cases, guides pricing and value propositions, supports strategic decision-making, and drives execution across regions. It also requires customer, channel, sales strategy, leadership, and cross-functional influence capabilities.
