The Director of Technical & Operational Revenue leads a team to manage revenue processes, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition and financial operations.

Lead ARR integrity and recognition policy for SaaS and services. Partner cross-functionally to design and enforce ARR/QtC processes, assist revenue close and audits, apply ASC 606 to complex contracts, investigate data discrepancies across CRM/billing/data pipelines, and drive automation and reporting improvements.

Partner with HRBPs, TA, and Engineering/Product leaders to advise on compensation across the employee lifecycle. Use market data, internal talent insights, and AI tools to recommend pay, run annual comp and equity planning, manage promotions and offer decisions, evaluate global programs, build compensation tools/dashboards and automated reports, and create communications and training to drive adoption and equity.
