Own architecture, interface designs, proposals, risk mitigation, acceptance tests, and transition to implementation while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Design and deploy end-to-end Drone as First Responder (DFR) solutions: assess customer needs, architect systems and integrations (CAD/RMS, cloud, networking), manage site readiness and drone-in-a-box deployments, ensure CJIS and FAA compliance, provide advanced onsite/remote troubleshooting and support, enable sales/demos, and consult on FAA waiver technical safety cases.
