Manages social content calendars, publishing workflows, community engagement, brand voice, and real-time social opportunities across major platforms. Collaborates with creative, strategy, analytics, project management, influencer, and paid media teams. Responsibilities include drafting and adapting copy, maintaining quality control, monitoring conversations, supporting client approvals, identifying trends, preparing reporting inputs, and synthesizing performance insights.

Oversee recruiting and people operations across two agencies. Manage full-cycle recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, hiring processes, ATS reporting, multi-state compliance, policy and handbook development, leave and accommodation administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives. Partner with leaders and hiring managers while improving HR processes, supporting organizational change, and ensuring equitable, compliant employee experiences.
