Build and ship full-stack customer experience, fraud, and safety tooling for support, investigations, moderation, and abuse detection. Own features from development through deployment, integrate vendor APIs, and maintain reliable production systems that protect users and support teams. Work across frontend and backend using AI coding tools, translating evolving trust, safety, and compliance needs into scalable data models and workflows.

Design and execute product analyses using raw user behavior data, own A/B experiments from design through interpretation, and translate findings into recommendations for product and engineering teams. Build repeatable analytical tooling, apply statistical modeling, and use AI tools to accelerate exploration, analysis, and insight delivery across consumer products, media, gaming, and e-commerce.
