Design and execute translational PK/PD, PBPK, and QSP analyses integrating in vitro and in vivo data to inform modality selection, dose prediction, and drug discovery. Build mechanistic models and automated workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute leadership in model-informed decision making for biologics, protein therapeutics, and peptides.

Perform MAPPs experiments and immunoaffinity LC-MS workflows to assess immunogenicity. Maintain mammalian cell cultures, prepare samples, operate and troubleshoot Orbitrap LC-MS instruments, document and analyze experimental data, and support workflow optimization and laboratory automation.

Lead translational PK/PD modeling for biologics, proteins, and peptides: build PKPD, PBPK, QSP and mechanistic models, integrate in vitro/in vivo data, guide dose prediction and modality selection, design experiments and automated modeling workflows, and mentor junior scientists across discovery and translational teams.
