Lead conception, design, and execution of discovery-stage oncology research. Develop and optimize in vitro/ex vivo assays, analyze mechanistic data, drive early-stage programs, communicate strategy and results internally and externally, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance cancer therapies.

Lead and execute antibody discovery campaigns using single B-cell workflows (10x Genomics), optimize throughput and timelines, provide scientific leadership on screening and candidate progression, partner cross-functionally, and contribute to scientific visibility through publications and presentations.

Lead planning and medical oversight of ophthalmology clinical trials across phases, including study design, execution, monitoring, analysis, regulatory reporting, and publication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external investigators, support business development, and maintain scientific expertise. Travel approximately 25%.
