Leads enterprise talent programs with primary ownership of performance management, talent analytics, HR technology, and program governance. Supports learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, engagement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. The role administers Workday talent processes, develops workforce dashboards and executive reporting, improves talent programs, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, and translates talent data into actionable recommendations. Requires significant cross-functional influence and project leadership without direct people management responsibility.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, travel, expenses, records, vendors, events, and special projects. The role coordinates priorities across Financial Lines and Cyber businesses, prepares executive and board materials, tracks follow-ups, handles sensitive information, and serves as a professional liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Serves as the senior claims and risk mitigation advisor for Political Risk, Credit and Surety insurance. Evaluates complex claims, coverage, policy wording, financial risks, counterparties and country developments. Maintains watch lists, identifies emerging exposures, supports loss prevention, and advises underwriting, Claims, legal counsel, clients and brokers. Participates in complex domestic and international transactions and helps strengthen client relationships through specialized claims and risk expertise.
