Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IBM z/OS mainframe environments. Plan upgrades, perform system maintenance, troubleshoot complex incidents, optimize performance and capacity, automate operations, support resiliency and disaster recovery, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure secure, highly available banking services.
