Oversee day-to-day operations of the Credentials Verification Office, ensuring accurate, efficient provider credentialing and primary source verification. Manage staff activities including hiring, performance, orientation, and timekeeping; prepare data reports; implement policies; provide backup support within Medical Staff Services; and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.

Analyze and troubleshoot revenue cycle and billing system issues; work with IS application analysts to maintain master files and dictionary tables; create test scenarios, prepare reports and documentation, monitor project status, communicate findings, and train staff as needed to support hospital/clinic billing operations.

Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, Adaptive Planning sheets, and automations. Deliver workforce analytics, forecasts, and visualizations to support workforce planning and data-driven HR decisions. Collaborate to develop scorecards and influence business outcomes with real-time and forecasted people data.
