Lead operational excellence across a portfolio of firms, from pre-acquisition diligence through post-close transformation. Assess financial and operating performance, identify high-return improvements, build transformation plans and playbooks, lead cross-firm initiatives, implement process changes, and measure cash-flow impact. Partner with firm leaders, Finance, Product Experience, systems, and commercial teams to improve profitability, productivity, service quality, and adoption. Regular travel to prospective and portfolio firms is required.
