Manages transit safety and training programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, CDL, FTA, FMCSA, DOT, corporate, and client requirements. Oversees operator training, audits, background and DMV checks, safety technology, incident analysis, claims, injury management, and regulatory compliance. Leads safety culture initiatives and classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction across operating divisions.

Supervise a large reservations department by managing, coaching, training, scheduling, and evaluating reservation staff. Oversee daily operations, handle escalated client issues, monitor performance, document progressive discipline, and ensure service benchmarks are met. Use reservation and Microsoft software for data entry and analysis, respond to complaints, and coordinate with clients, providers, and staff to support high-quality service delivery.

Optimizes transit service requests using Trapeze scheduling software to create and adjust routes, maximize on-time performance, correct scheduling violations, and meet customer expectations. The Scheduler analyzes trip requests, assigns trips to appropriate routes, optimizes batched trips, performs dispatching and payroll duties, and coordinates with other departments.
