Assist the Retail Store Manager with sales performance, store operations, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and team leadership. Coach and develop employees, support customer buying decisions, meet AT&T performance standards, execute sales initiatives, maintain store appearance, and participate in marketing activities. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a retail sales team.
