Teams at Mytra

Architect, debug, and operationally support autonomous robotic systems across hardware, embedded devices, software, and infrastructure. Lead root-cause analysis, implement fixes and features, improve fleet observability and issue analytics, and maintain prototype fleets. The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical work, robotics expertise, embedded communication knowledge, and cross-functional technical leadership in warehouse automation.

Owns end-to-end deployment at industrial robotics sites from construction through commissioning and sustainment handoff. Enforces readiness gates, manages contractor sequencing and quality, diagnoses electrical, mechanical, building, and network issues, directs site-level decisions, coaches deployment engineers, and provides evidence-based escalations and lessons learned to improve deployment processes.

Own the network subsystem for a robotic warehouse automation product, from requirements and architecture through hardware selection, physical design, configuration, deployment, validation, and ongoing evolution. Design wired and wireless networks, including roaming, RF coverage, redundancy, segmentation, QoS, and capacity. Establish testing, observability, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment standards, and technical roadmaps while collaborating across software, robotics, electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.
