Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, storage, renewals, and close-out. Improve contract processes, manage third-party relationships, coordinate legal operations, track legal spend, support compliance and governance committees, prepare performance metrics, resolve contract issues, and help implement contract management technology. The role requires collaboration with legal counsel, Finance, Security, Privacy, Quality, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Own the final stage of the clinical data pipeline: clean, transform, and validate datasets from manual abstraction, AI models, and electronic sources into analysis-ready deliverables. Use R/Python/SQL to generate reports, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, automate workflows, and collaborate with Clinical Ops, AI Engineers, and Data teams while maintaining documentation and privacy standards.

Lead day-to-day operations and performance of Clinical Research Specialist teams across assigned health system accounts. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, compliance, quality oversight, and site relationships. Track performance metrics, support audits and corrective actions, and implement process improvements while partnering with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and alignment with account priorities.
