The Sales Development Representative will contact small business owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales team while exceeding targets and using CRM tools.

Manage post-sale client relationships for print and digital advertisers: onboard clients, maintain CRM and billing, run check-ins/QBRs, drive renewals, upsells and cross-sells, resolve escalations, analyze performance and maintain process documentation to prevent churn and grow accounts.

As an Advertising Design Intern, you'll create visually engaging advertisements, support graphic designers, and maintain high design standards in a fast-paced environment.
