Build and scale n8n’s service partner ecosystem across the West Coast by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing consulting and systems integration partners. Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue outcomes, develop co-selling motions and joint business plans, execute regional campaigns and events, and provide partner feedback to improve programs and product priorities. The role requires strong SaaS partnership experience, technical fluency in APIs and automation, commercial ownership, and the ability to build programs in a high-growth environment.

Lead and scale a global, AI-native Solutions Engineering organisation (~15 people). Set strategy, build playbooks for mid-market and enterprise motions, enable partners, coach leaders, influence product and GTM, and ensure repeatable, production-ready technical outcomes for complex enterprise customers.

Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide preventative recommendations, and contribute workflow improvements or lightweight fixes. Support cloud and self-hosted deployments using DevOps and infrastructure expertise.
