As a Solutions Engineer, you will guide Enterprise sales through technical discovery, evaluations, and proofs of concept, ensuring customers understand how n8n fits their needs.

Lead and scale the West Coast enterprise sales motion: coach AEs, drive complex deal strategy and execution, run pipeline and forecast reviews, hire and grow the team, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and remove sales friction.

Own technical success for top-tier customers by acting as their technical point of contact, ensuring platform health, scalability, and performance. Lead handoffs, manage escalations and incidents, provide architecture and optimization recommendations, triage product issues, and translate customer insights into product improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams.
