Own and scale Nasuni’s Marketing PMO by designing planning cadences, governance, intake processes, work-management infrastructure, metrics, and cross-functional operating models. Lead strategic programs involving marketing, IT, sales operations, finance, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives. Optimize Smartsheet, improve execution visibility and predictability, manage dependencies and risks, and implement AI-enabled workflows with appropriate validation and human accountability.

Leads technical pre-sales activities for complex enterprise opportunities across the Western Region. Responsibilities include discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, technical evaluations, RFI/RFP responses, and translating infrastructure, cloud, security, migration, and data protection requirements into business value. Partners with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams; identifies risks, supports technical decision-making, contributes enablement content, and mentors other Solutions Engineers.

Owns Microsoft alliance operations across partner funding, Marketplace transactions, co-sell workflows, data quality, compliance, reporting, and executive business reviews. Coordinates Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Microsoft stakeholders while improving processes, automation, funding utilization, transaction efficiency, and operational controls. Builds dashboards and translates partnership data into leadership insights. The role requires hands-on Microsoft partner ecosystem experience and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and commercial operations skills.
