Supports Lab Operations project and program managers by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, action and decision logs, schedules, Gantt charts, deliverables, approvals, and project documentation. Tracks timelines, follows up on tasks, manages logistics, and adapts to shifting priorities across multiple cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, deadline management, and proficiency with productivity tools.

Provides enterprise IT end-user support through walk-up, phone, email, and ticketing channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, office systems, peripherals, and communication systems; manages issue resolution and customer follow-up. Supports IT projects involving virtualization, asset and software license management, monitoring, identity management, and network and compute platforms. Develops desktop standards and configurations while assisting system administrators as needed.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and optimizes software tools, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation systems, and analytics systems for bioinformatics and genomics production environments. Creates architecture, validation, documentation, and training materials; supports regulated workflows; coaches team members; and collaborates with stakeholders. The role requires Python, AWS, database, Linux, Git, genomics file-format, performance optimization, and production software engineering expertise.
