Senior Trial Attorney responsible for leading insurance defense and subrogation litigation across personal and commercial lines. Manages life insurance distribution partner relationships across California, providing consultative product guidance, sales support, training, and territory planning. Analyzes financial products and customer needs, supports applications and pending opportunities, conducts webinars and presentations, and develops partner relationships to achieve production goals. Requires frequent field travel, insurance and securities licenses, and experience in internal and external financial services wholesaling.

Manages a Southern California territory of middle-market commercial insurance accounts. Underwrites new business, renewals, and endorsements; evaluates risks, pricing, and profitability; manages renewal and growth goals; and develops agency and broker relationships. The role includes agency visits, business planning, portfolio analysis, sales strategy, customer service oversight, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver profitable results.
