Senior Trial Attorney independently handles complex civil litigation as lead counsel or team member for commercial and personal lines insurance matters. Responsibilities include trial advocacy, case management, legal research, case valuation, negotiation, client communication, compliance with local rules, relationship development, mentoring junior attorneys, and adapting to legal and technology changes. The role requires an active state license, frequent travel, and substantial property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation experience.
