Lead day-to-day operations and expansion of Comprehensive Perinatal Services within Community Wellness. Manage multiple direct-service programs, oversee staff supervision, budgets, quality improvement, reporting, grants, cross-departmental coordination, compliance with accrediting bodies, and program development to support service delivery and funding goals.

Provide comprehensive primary, preventive, chronic and urgent care; document in EHR within 72 hours; coordinate interdisciplinary care; supervise and mentor staff; participate in quality improvement, on-call and weekend clinics; maintain licensure, certifications, DEA, and credentialing requirements.

Performs full-cycle Accounts Payable processing (invoice review, coding, check/ACH/wire disbursements), vendor reconciliations, month-end AP reports and accruals, maintains vendor files, supports audits, assists with AR, payroll, grants, general ledger tasks, and office administrative duties.
