Teams at Navan

Owns the operating cadence and internal portfolio strategy for Navan’s global real estate and workplace portfolio. Responsibilities include lease and portfolio tracking, broker and transaction coordination, business case development, occupancy and capacity planning, financial scenario analysis, stakeholder alignment, project governance, executive reporting, and AI-enabled process automation. The role partners with Finance, Legal, People, Procurement, IT, Security, and regional workplace teams and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Lead marketing analytics: build dashboards, attribution and predictive models, ensure data governance and quality, drive self-service reporting, conduct deep-dive campaign and funnel analyses, and partner with marketing and finance to inform strategy and operations.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for ERP integrations connecting Navan with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. Partner with Engineering, Design, FinOps, and Go-to-Market teams to build automated reconciliation workflows, manage technical relationships, optimize data mappings, document integrations, and educate clients and internal teams. Use metrics and market insights to prioritize dependencies and deliver user-centric finance solutions.
