As Group Product Manager, you'll lead the financial services product strategy, manage PMs, drive prioritization, ensure team alignment, and own product metrics for user impact across multiple markets.

Lead design and implementation of finance systems, integrations, and automated workflows (including NetSuite). Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate financial requirements, manage transformation projects, and scale processes across markets while improving controls and efficiency.

Build and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards for wallet, loyalty, and remittance performance across markets. Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses (SQL, Sheets, BI tools), surface underperformance signals, support root-cause analysis, and translate findings into operational recommendations. Partner with Product Ops and data engineering to formalize recurring analyses and support GTM readiness metrics. Monitor industry trends and provide executive-level reporting used by the Director to brief the COO and exec team.
