Lead customer success for strategic electric utility accounts, managing a team of Customer Value Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers. Oversee enterprise software deployments from pilots through long-term adoption, advise utility executives, establish ROI and governance frameworks, manage technical workstreams, and drive measurable customer outcomes. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to mitigate implementation risks, inform the product roadmap, and identify expansion opportunities.

Work directly with high-value customers to drive Neara platform adoption, define and validate ROI, embed solutions into workflows, deliver training and workshops, collaborate with Sales and Deployment, and identify expansion opportunities through stakeholder engagement and value-driven strategies.

Leads global revenue operations strategy and execution across GTM measurement, account planning, pipeline reporting, territory planning, incentives, pricing, forecasting, operating cadences, and technology. Builds AI-enabled workflows, optimizes the HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Gong stack, drives adoption, and provides actionable insights to leadership and regional sales and marketing teams.
