Lead workplace operations for Nebius' San Francisco flagship and US locations, driving office openings, fit-outs, facilities (Hard/Soft FM), security, vendor and budget management, service experience, events, and cross-functional coordination. Build and coach a workplace team, ensure compliance and business continuity, and deliver a hospitality-led, high-quality employee and visitor experience.

The HR Business Partner collaborates with leaders to develop HR strategies, supports performance management, fosters inclusivity, and ensures legal compliance.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional applied AI infrastructure and model delivery projects, including region launches, capacity expansion, and model onboarding. Build execution plans, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate technical decision-making, and improve engineering delivery processes while working with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, networking, security, and product teams.
