Leads and develops software engineering teams building high-throughput social data systems, real-time AI agents, analytics, and automation. Partners with product, design, sales, and customer success to translate roadmaps into executable plans, improve delivery processes, guide architecture and technical quality, and manage capacity. Responsibilities also include recruiting, mentoring, performance development, incident response improvements, and scaling a high-performing engineering organization.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer success, revenue operations, and GTM roles. Partner with commercial leaders to define scorecards, aggressively source and close quota-achieving talent, build structured interview and offer playbooks, track hiring metrics, and coach managers to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive strategic sales into consumer brands, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to close high-value deals.
