Supports product managers by translating requirements and approved designs into engineering-ready tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation specifications. Maintains the backlog, participates in Agile ceremonies, coordinates cross-functional delivery, triages customer issues, and tracks sprint and release risks. Conducts customer, market, competitive, and adoption analysis to inform product decisions. Uses AI tools for documentation and research while collaborating with design, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, roadmap, discovery, launch, and iteration for SaaS platform capabilities, especially financial workflows and scalability. Partners with engineering, leadership, customers, sales, marketing, and customer success to prioritize initiatives, improve adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure performance, compliance, and customer value. Uses product analytics, market research, and AI tools to guide decisions and identify opportunities.

Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and hands-on design for a complex government-funding platform. Build the design system, component library, style guide, accessibility and responsive standards, personas, user journeys, and prototyping practice. Redesign workflows to reduce friction, conduct user research, use analytics to measure outcomes, and influence product, engineering, QA, and leadership without direct reports.
