Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, identity, and creative direction for startup and technology clients. Manage projects from discovery through delivery, develop narratives and integrated campaigns across film, social, web, experiential, and paid channels, and direct multidisciplinary teams. Present and sell creative work to clients, support new business, mentor team members, and help grow Nen’s brand practice and commercial capabilities.

Coordinate recruiting operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, internal tools, client invoicing, vendor administration, documentation, and company initiatives. Build SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and automated workflows while identifying process improvements and solving emerging operational issues. The role partners closely with finance, operations, and leadership in a fast-growing creative studio.

The cinematographer will manage camera, lighting, and grip setups for various productions, collaborate with directors, and handle post-production tasks including color grading in DaVinci Resolve.
