Own global tax compliance, planning, and treasury operations for a high-growth software company. Responsibilities include tax provisions, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, audits, cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, foreign exchange exposure, intercompany funding, liquidity forecasting, controls, and process improvements. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors while building scalable, audit-ready processes across international entities.

Owns IBM partner enablement for Neo4j by structuring and adapting sales and technical collateral, developing curricula, and delivering training, workshops, and partner sessions. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and partner management teams to align enablement with revenue priorities. Tracks training completion, engagement, satisfaction, readiness, coverage, and joint pipeline impact while managing multiple content workstreams and stakeholders.

Lead design, build, and deploy Graph+GenAI solutions combining graph databases and LLMs. Act as trusted advisor to customers, architect scalable systems, write production code, integrate with orchestration and cloud platforms, optimize performance, and provide training, enablement, and product-feedback to stakeholders. Travel up to 50% to engage customers.
