Leads strategic account planning and executive relationships for high-value multinational customers. Develops enterprise-wide growth strategies, manages complex multi-product accounts, negotiates global supplier agreements, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and coordinates regional and cross-functional teams. Tracks performance, pipelines, market trends, and competitive activity while providing recommendations to commercial leadership. The role is remote and requires international travel as business needs dictate.

Leads customer-centered innovation across Food Safety and Animal Health by identifying unmet needs, conducting customer research, defining opportunities, and developing and testing concepts. Partners with R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and digital teams to assess feasibility, desirability, viability, adoption risk, and launch readiness. Facilitates workshops, supports innovation governance and portfolio decisions, contributes to intellectual property activities, and mentors teams in structured experimentation and evidence-based decision-making.
