Hands-on IT Manager responsible for day-to-day IT operations and support for Neon Redwood and clients: administer cloud and identity infrastructure, implement endpoint security and compliance controls, manage device lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding, assist incident response, conduct vendor evaluations, support office networking and physical security, and enable AI tooling with security guardrails.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions using Python and GCP/BigQuery. Ensure data quality, optimize storage and processing, support new data products, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with the CTO and team.
