Supports the Director of Operations and senior team with office management, supplier coordination, facilities support, meeting and visitor arrangements, courier logistics, stock control, customer enquiries, administrative projects, and operational planning. The role maintains office efficiency, liaises with clients and suppliers, manages records and procedures, and supports the London Production Centre while delivering professional, confidential service.

Lead revenue growth for Specialty Capture products (RF, robotics, specialty cameras). Own targets, pursue and close complex technical sales across sports, broadcast and live events. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, develop pricing and proposals, partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, coach sales team, and represent NEP at industry events. Frequent customer visits and extensive travel required.

Lead AV systems integration projects from award to handover, managing scope, budget, schedule, contracts, documentation, risks, on-site delivery, commissioning and client sign-off while coordinating engineering, procurement, installation and service teams.
