Serve as the technical partner for customers using NetBox: diagnose and resolve issues end-to-end, lead onboarding and upgrades, participate in architecture and planning, create runbooks and feedback for Product, and meet SLAs while collaborating with Customer Success, TechOps, and Engineering.

The Community Engagement Manager will foster the NetBox ecosystem by managing community interactions, promoting engagement, and building programs to support users and contributors across various digital platforms.

Own NetBox Core product direction and commercial delivery, steward the open source community, drive data model and API roadmap, translate customer needs into shipped features, and align cross-functional teams on releases, pricing, and platform capabilities.
