Provides Level 3 escalation support for enterprise networking and AV-over-IP customers. Diagnoses complex switching, routing, wireless, multicast, protocol, hardware, and management-platform issues; reproduces problems in lab environments; validates fixes; documents solutions; and partners with Engineering and Product teams. The role also develops support materials, trains lower-tier teams, and delivers customer-facing technical guidance.

Leads enterprise FP&A, including P&L consolidation, annual operating planning, forecasting, actuals reporting, scenario analysis, and board and earnings preparation. Owns the FP&A technology and AI roadmap, automates executive decision products, improves financial workflows, and develops a modern finance organization. Partners with senior leaders across Finance and the broader business to deliver strategic insights and drive aligned financial decisions.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for consumer connected devices. Define roadmaps, write PRDs, prioritize features, collaborate with HW/SW/UX/marketing, drive go-to-market, monitor metrics (NPS, activations, adoption), influence technical architecture, and mentor other product managers to deliver high-quality hardware and embedded-software products.

Own the AV-over-IP managed switch and Pro AV portfolio end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, write PRDs and specs, prioritize features, lead cross-functional execution, shape technical architecture and AV protocol integrations, coordinate go-to-market and launches, advocate for customers, and communicate results to executives.

Creates and produces graphic assets for web, social, paid advertising, email, campaigns, retail signage, events, and sales collateral. Adapts campaign concepts across formats, follows brand guidelines, prepares production-ready screen and print files, and incorporates stakeholder feedback. The role also contributes creative concepts and uses AI tools for ideation and production while collaborating with marketing, product, web, and creative teams.

Design and ship consumer-facing web interfaces for NETGEAR, including landing pages, category pages, product detail pages, content pages, and product finder tools. Maintain and extend the atomic design system and Figma libraries, create developer-ready handoffs, collaborate with front-end and app teams, and use analytics and consumer research to guide decisions. The role also involves stakeholder presentations, design reviews, accessibility-aware component design, and occasional design direction for other teams.

Provide pre-sales technical leadership, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and deployment support for enterprise wired and wireless networking solutions. Design secure Wi-Fi, switching, routing, cloud-managed, and Zero Trust environments. Support post-sales escalations, channel partners, and customer success while relaying technical feedback to Product Management. Conduct RF planning, deliver technical training, and maintain expertise in enterprise networking trends and competitive products.

Own territory sales for the Rocky Mountains region, build relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and customers, forecast account sales, collaborate with distribution and internal teams to drive adoption of NETGEAR AV/IP networking solutions, and travel up to 50% to support accounts and demonstrations.

Drive enterprise networking sales via channel partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors). Recruit and develop partners, create pipeline, close high-value deals, manage forecasts, build executive relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to support wired, wireless, cloud, and security solutions. Travel up to 50%.
