Leads cross-functional cybersecurity programs spanning product, cloud, enterprise, vulnerability management, compliance, and incident readiness. Owns roadmaps, budgets, risks, KPIs, reporting, assessments, audits, certifications, vendor engagements, and remediation efforts. Coordinates incident response and partners with engineering, IT, legal, privacy, compliance, and business teams to improve security posture and security-by-design practices.

Provides Level 3 escalation support for enterprise networking and AV-over-IP customers. Diagnoses complex switching, routing, wireless, multicast, protocol, hardware, and management-platform issues; reproduces problems in lab environments; validates fixes; documents solutions; and partners with Engineering and Product teams. The role also develops support materials, trains lower-tier teams, and delivers customer-facing technical guidance.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for consumer connected devices. Define roadmaps, write PRDs, prioritize features, collaborate with HW/SW/UX/marketing, drive go-to-market, monitor metrics (NPS, activations, adoption), influence technical architecture, and mentor other product managers to deliver high-quality hardware and embedded-software products.
