Lead SDET for Netskope's PKI platform: design test strategies, build automation frameworks (Python/PyTest/Selenium), validate certificate lifecycles, TLS/mTLS, OCSP/CRL, APIs and distributed systems, own feature quality through production, run chaos/performance tests, participate on-call, and mentor engineers to improve CI/CD and platform reliability.

Own and optimize the AI inference and execution layer: quantization, KV-cache, batching, latency/memory tuning, fine-tune and evaluate models, build bounded task runtimes, enable hardware acceleration and partner with systems/backend teams to ship production-grade agentic AI capabilities.

The role involves leading strategic AI partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing cross-functional teams while advocating for AI initiatives internally and externally.

Lead and execute a strategic analyst relations (AR) program to increase visibility with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other firms. Manage analyst relationships, secure strong placements in vendor evaluations, integrate AI/automation to scale AR operations, capture and distribute analyst insights, coordinate with Product, PR, and GTM teams, develop analyst-facing content and customer references, and drive participation at industry events. Define AR metrics, manage budgets and contracts, and present to senior executives to influence product and go-to-market strategies.

Lead technical enablement for SEs by building repeatable architectures, POV methodologies, and competitive displacement playbooks. Embed in deals, coach SEs, accelerate ramp and POV velocity, run global accreditation and onboarding programs, and align pre- and post-sales to measurably improve win rates and deal-stage conversions.

Partner with GTM leadership to own planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Deliver analysis, KPIs, sales productivity metrics, and recommendations to optimize revenue, efficiency, and alignment with corporate strategy. Provide ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management.

Own and operate a global, multi-vendor production network: configure and troubleshoot routers/switches, manage BGP peering and transit, maintain firewalls and load balancers, monitor network health, perform packet captures and root-cause analysis, execute software upgrades with minimal disruption, build monitoring/visibility tools, and document runbooks and post-incident reports to ensure high availability for a SaaS platform.

The Netskope Solutions Engineer supports sales, resolves customer issues, delivers presentations, and promotes cloud security solutions, requiring extensive experience and travel.

Owner of regional pre-sales technical engagement and POC work to exceed sales targets. Present and demo cloud security solutions to executives and architects, gather requirements, lead evaluations and integrations, resolve customer issues, and provide product feedback to PM. Heavy regional travel and trade show/conference representation required.
